1. Shipped via United States Postal Services (USPS)
a. USPS First Class Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation
• Usually deliver between 5-10 business days

b. USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation
• Usually deliver within 2-3 business days
• Holiday delivery depends upon USPS schedules update. Please email us at sales@cosia.com or contact USPS for details.
• Free priority mail is offered for all orders above US$50 before sales tax and shipping and handling charge. Offer only valid for the 48 contiguous states.
2. Shipped via Federal Express (FedEx)
a. FedEx Home Delivery
• Usually deliver within 5 business days for the 48 contiguous states.
• Holiday delivery schedules depends upon FedEx updates. Please email us at sales@cosia.com or contact UPS for details.
b. FedEx Express Saver
• Usually deliver on the 3rd business day
1. Free USPS First Class Parcel Post is offered for all orders before sales tax and shipping and handling charge. Offer only valid for the 48 contiguous states. This free shipping offer only valid for limited time and can be suspend or terminate at anytime without prior notice. All confirmed orders placed before orders termination are honored at the shipping cost that customer agreed upon at the time the order was placed.
2. Unless otherwise stated, orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days following the order confirmation. Next Day orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days.
3. Please be notified that once the order handed in to carrier, it would become the carrier responsible for any unforeseeable delays. There would not be any refunds of shipping charges due to any delay that is out of our control. But, we are more than happy to try our best to assist you in contacting the carrier to have the order deliver to you as soon as possible in case of unfortunate.
4. All items on an order will be shipped together. Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders or add any item on an excising order after confirmation.
5. While we give full support and respect to our Military, but we are no longer able to deliver to any AE, APO, AP or FPO box due to the heavy and unpredictable cost of insurance and postage.
