1. 10 Day Risk Free Guarantee:
  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the performance of our product you may return the product in original packaging within 10 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Please be noted that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number must be obtained before any product shipping back to our company. Please follow the Return and Exchange Procedure below
  • Shipping costs are not refunded for any circumstances.
  • 2. Return and Exchange of non-defective item after Risk Free Guarantee Period:
  • If you need to return or exchange for a non-defective item for any reason after the Risk Free Guarantee Period, we must charge 20% of restocking fee. Exchange will be given at the net credit after deduction of 20% restocking fee. Please follow the Return and Exchange Procedure below.

  • 3. Return and Exchange of defective item:
  • Our products are backed by vendor for one year limited guarantee. Cosia.com always selects only the highest quality products for our customer. If for any reason the product became defective within one year of purchase, we are pleased to exchange the product for you. Please follow the Return and Exchange Procedure below.
  • 4. Return and Exchange Procedure:
  • In order for us to process any return or exchange efficiently, customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number before sending back any item to our company. Please send email to sales@cosia.com with the subject “RMA Request” and we will reply to you within one business day.
  • Each RMA Number is only valid for 15 days after issue for approved return item listed in the reply email with RMA number. Please send back the products as soon as possible. We will not be responsible for any item that did not have a valid RMA Number. If the RMA Number expired please email us at sales@cosia.com to request a new RMA Number.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return or exchange after the item with RMA Number reaching our return department. Please be notify that we have no control for time taken for the PayPal and credit card company to post the credit to your account after we submit the refund request.
