    3.  What states must pay sales tax?

    Only products shipped to California need to pay the sales tax. The tax rate is 8.25% based on County Tax Rate for El-Monte in California where Cosia.COM located.


    4.  Why is my credit card declining when I know I have money in my account?

    A credit card can decline due to invalid credit card number, exp date, daily limit, insufficient credit, or other reasons. Please double check to be sure the number has been input correctly. Contact your credit card company for more information

    5.  Is it possible for me to have a duplicate order?

    Yes. make sure you only click the button once until the server finish processing "PLACE ORDER" step. If you are not sure, please call our customer service.

    6.  When I received my package, a product is missing, what do I do?

    First, check your packages with your packing list, the missing item may be in another package, if this is a multi-shipment. If the product is still missing, please contact Cosia.com's customer service department or you can email Cosia.com at sales@icosia.com.

    7.  What is a voided order?

    A voided order is when an order is placed, and the credit card did not go thru.  The credit card was not approved.

    All voided orders must be re-placed online by the customer. If you have any questions on this matter, please do contact us.
